Fresh Food Orders (Pickup & Local Delivery)
Once we accept your order all sales are final—no refunds, returns, or cancellations. This brisket is officially spoken for! However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Reach out to us, and we’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis to make things right. This policy ensures we keep everything fresh and the brisket train rolling smoothly for everyone.

Condiments, Snacks, & Merch
You’ve got 14 days to return any unopened, unused, resalable product—whether it’s a rub, sauce, snack, or merch. Just make sure it’s in new condition. You can return the item in person or ship it back at your own cost. Once we’ve checked it over, we’ll process your refund ASAP.
