Acceptance of Terms

By completing your order, you authorize Shopify to securely process your payment information. Payment must be received before we begin preparing your order. Once your payment is confirmed, your order is locked in, and we’ll get to work.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Once your order’s in, we’ll notify you when it’s ready for pickup or when it’s shipped out. Shipping times depend on your location and the selected delivery method. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or any unforeseen circumstances. For pickups, please arrive with your order and confirmation number to ensure a smooth process. Once your order leaves our premises, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping or delivery, but contact us if you have any issues.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Check out our Refund Policy for detailed information. No refunds or returns are available for fresh food once preparation begins. For condiments, snacks, or merchandise, you have 14 days to return unopened items in new, resalable condition. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Third-Party Services

We use Shopify to process orders and payments. By using our store, you agree to Shopify’s terms and conditions as well as their Privacy Policy. Any payment issues or disputes related to Shopify’s services should be handled through Shopify’s support.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver the best products and services possible, but we are not responsible for any losses, damages, or delays caused by third-party services, including Shopify. Any issues with payment or order processing should first be addressed through Shopify. Our hands are tied.
